Triennial Term Contract for the Comprehensive Maintenance and Repair of Lift Installations at Various Premises of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Package One of OT25)
The works include comprehensive maintenance and repair of lift installations at various premises of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The works are scheduled to commence in November 2025 and will take about 36 months to complete.
Remarks:-1. The tender to be invited is covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization and will not involve electronic auction. 2. Open tendering is adopted. The works include the construction of Phase IIIR District Cooling System (DCS) pipelaying and associated works at Kai Tak Development (KTD) and modification work of existing seawater pipes at Shing Kai Road. The works are scheduled to commence in September 2025 for completion in June 2027.

Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list(s) if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
