• Description:
• 24-month Term Contract for Maintenance of Air-conditioning and Electrical Installations at Ruttonjee Hospital, Tung Wah Eastern Hospital and Cheshire Home Chung Hom Kok
  The works include the repair, operation and maintenance to air-conditioning and electrical installations and accessories in Ruttonjee Hospital, Tung Wah Eastern Hospital and Cheshire Home Chung Hom Kok. The works are scheduled to commence in April 2026 and will take about 24 months to complete.
  Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II), who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
  The detailed requirements for joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors, if applicable, are stipulated in the tender documents.
  Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the Category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 23 December 2025 to Miss LI Po-yan, Health Sector Division 1, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
