36-Month Term Contract for Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Installations for Health Sector Venues in Hong Kong Region and Outlying Islands
The works include provision of maintenance and repair services of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations for various health sector venues in the Hong Kong Region and Outlying Islands. The works are scheduled to commence in September 2025 for completion in August 2028.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works in Group II under the Air-conditioning Installation Category, who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
The detailed requirements for joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors, if applicable, are stipulated in the tender documents.
