Description:
Tenders are invited for Administering and Delivery of Assistance for Non-Refoulement Claimants To administer and deliver assistance for non-refoulement claimants for a period of two years from the commencement date to be specified in the memorandum of acceptance. Collection of Tender Documents: Tender Documents and pre-addressed envelopes for the return of tenders are obtainable during office hours from the Family and Child Welfare Branch, Social Welfare Department at Room 721, 7/F, Wu Chung House, 213 Queen-s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Submission of Tenders: A tender must be placed and sealed in two separate envelopes. The “Offer to be Bound”, the “Technical Proposal”, and the “Audited financial statements” [i.e. Item (1)] and “Management accounts” [i.e. Item (2)] of the “Financial Information” must be placed and sealed in one envelope while the “Price Proposal” and “Projected Statement of Profit or Loss” and “Statement of Cash Flows” [i.e. Item (3)] of the “Financial Information” must be placed and sealed in another envelope. Tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer), addressed to the Chairman, Central Tender Board and deposited in the Government Secretariat Tender Box situated on the Lobby of the Public Entrance on the Ground Floor, East Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on 22 July 2022 (Friday). Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be considered.
