Description:
Procurement Plan for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Installation for Construction of Public Housing Development at Pik Wan Road Site A, Yau Tong One 6 storey community health centre comprising one general out-patient clinic and one child assessment centre with total cooling capacity about 3500kW and carpark. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project. 'Building Information Modelling' is to be adopted for the project. Contractors in the relevant Tender Eligibility List(s) / Group(s) above on the HA List(s) or the DEVB List(s) as appropriate are invited to express their interest in tendering for the above HA contract(s). Contractors who require further information and / or are interested in submitting a tender are required to notify the Senior Manager/Procurement 4 of the Housing Department in writing in English or Chinese Only eligible contractors in the relevant List(s) / Group(s) above will be considered for invitation to tender in accordance with the 'Guide to Registration of Works Contractors and Property Management Services Providers- (the ‘Guide-) and based on their proven capability and performance. 4. Inclusion on the above List(s) in any particular Category or Group does not give contractors the right to tender for any contract in that or any other Category or Group. The number of contractors invited to submit tenders for each individual contract may be limited, with the list of contractors invited to tender on each occasion being at the sole discretion of HA. Selected contractors will then be formally invited separately to tender for each contract.
