Description:
Tenders are invited for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Installation for Construction of Public Housing Development at North West Kowloon Reclamation Site 1 (East) One 11-storey HD office block cum data centre. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) is to be adopted for the project. 'Building Information Modelling' is to be adopted for part of the project. Contractors in the relevant Tender Eligibility List(s) / Group(s) above on the HA List(s) or the DEVB List(s) as appropriate are invited to express their interest in tendering for the above HA contract(s). Contractors who require further information and / or are interested in submitting a tender are required to notify the Senior Manager/Procurement 4 (SM/P4) of the Housing Department in writing in English at the following address [within one week after Tender Notification].
