Subject:-Replacement of Chillers and Associated Equipment at Ambulatory Care Centre of Tuen Mun Hospital
Description:-The scope of the Works includes replacement of two (2) sets of air-cooled chiller, two (2) sets of chilled water pumps, three (3) sets of hot water pumps and other associated equipment as well as upgrading of the Central Control and Monitoring System at Ambulatory Care Centre of Tuen Mun Hospital. The Contract is scheduled to commence in May 2021 for completion in June 2022.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group I and Group II)”, who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents, are invited to tender.
Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.

Remarks:-1. This tender is not covered by the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization. 2. A charge will be levied for delivery of tender documents where the delivery of tender documents is requested by a tenderer. A written request must be made. 3.
