Description:-The scope of the works includes replacement, alterations, additions and improvement works of electrical, mechanical and air-conditioning installations at various boundary crossing facilities and transport services venues. The contract is scheduled to commence in August 2021 for expiry in August 2024.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
