Tenders are invited for Cleansing Service Estate : Shek Kip Mei Estate The tender documents of the cleansing service contract for Shek Kip Mei Estate are available at the Housing Department Shek Kip Mei Estate Office at Podium, Block 44, Shek Kip Mei Estate, Woh Chai Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon. (Tel: 2777 0280 Fax: 2776 8377). Tender consisting of the technical proposal, price proposal and confidential financial information should be deposited into three separate envelopes and must be clearly marked with the contract title on the outside of each envelope. The three envelopes shall then be enclosed in a sealed plain envelope marked with the subject of the tender (but should not bear any indication of the identity of the tenderer) and addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee. Tender should reach the Hong Kong Housing Authority before 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 21 October 2022 in one of the following ways: (i) be deposited personally in the Hong Kong Housing Authority Tender Box situated at Ground Floor, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong; or (ii) be sent by post or courier to: The Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, c/o Receipt & Despatch Unit, The Hong Kong Housing Authority, Basement 1, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The tender closing time and date will automatically be deferred to 10:00 a.m. on the first working day (excluding Saturday) in the following circumstances: (i) if tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted and remains in force for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date; or (ii) if a black rainstorm warning or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” is announced by the Government (via the Information Services Department) and remains in force for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date; or (iii) when the Director of Housing announces the closure of the Housing Authority Headquarters Building due to unforeseen circumstances and the Housing Authority Headquarters Building remains closed for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date; or (iv) if Financial Services and Treasury Bureau issues a press release to notify members of the public that the closing time for all government procurement due on that day will be extended
