- Tenders are invited for Design and Construction of Hoi Ting Road Joint User Complex. The works include design and construction of a joint user complex accommodating a sport centre, an indoor heated swimming pool, a small library, a standard community hall, a maternal and child health centre, a public vehicle park and canopy along the building façade at Hoi Ting Road, together with associated building services installations, drainage and external works. The total net operational floor area is approximately 10,530 square metres and the site area is approximately 6,480 square metres. The contract is scheduled to commence in July 2024 and for completion in October 2027.
