Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of Public Housing Development at Wang Chiu Road Phase 2. Domestic Block: No. of Blocks: 2 No. of Storeys: Block 1: 39 domestic storeys atop ground storey comprising domestic lift lobby and Estate Management Office, and 1-storey basement car park Block 2: 36 domestic storeys atop a 3-storey podium comprising social welfare facilities, domestic lift lobby on G/F, and 1-storey basement car park. Non-domestic Facilities: Neighourhood Elderly Centre Subbase, 60-place Special Child Care Centre, 50-place Day Activity Centre, Office Base for On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services for 100 children, Estate Management Office, Mutual Aid Committee Room, Office for Cleansing Contractor, Maintenance Service/Store Room, Reserve Room for Estate Use, Refuse Collection Point. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) are to be adopted for the project. E-tender booklet is to be adopted.
