- Tenders are invited for Construction of Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 109 and Demolition Works for Kwai On Factory Estate, Sui Fai Factory Estate and Wang Cheong Factory Estate with Decontamination Work. Domestic Block for Tung Chung Area 109: Two blocks with 28 domestic storeys (sitting on a 2-storey nondomestic podium comprising podium garden at 1/F and domestic entrance lobby and shops at G/F), and 1-storey basement carpark. Non-domestic Facilities for Tung Chung Area 109: Street shops, District Management Office, Estate Management Office, Property Management Agents Office, Office for Cleansing Contractor, Owners- Corporation Office, Workshop for Artisans, Refuse Collection Point. Demolition Works for Kwai On Factory Estate: One 15-storey factory block. Demolition Works for Sui Fai Factory Estate: One 24-storey factory block. Demolition Works for Wang Cheong Factory Estate with Decontamination Works: One 11-storey factory building and land decontamination works. Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM Plus) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) are to be adopted for the project. E-tender booklet is to be adopted.
