Tenders are invited for Consultancy Agreements for Environmental Design Studies of Public Housing Development Projects The major scope of services includes but is not limited to all or any of the following: - (a) Micro-climate Studies (with calculations, computer modeling or simulation, site measurement, survey or whatever means as necessary) on environmental performance of planning and design of public housing developments, which shall include but not be limited to the following aspects - - wind environment and natural ventilation - daylight provision and sun shading pattern - thermal comfort - air pollutants and heat emission - other special studies (b) Air Ventilation Assessment (AVA) Studies in accordance with HPLB Technical Circular No. 1/06 and where applicable, the requirements to support applications under the Town Planning Ordinance (CAP. 131); and (c) Micro-climate Studies and AVA Studies of other aspects to support BEAM Plus certification to be submitted by HD and its BEAM Plus Consultants Submission of Application Consultants interested in providing the above services to HD may collect the tender document in person from the General Registry, Architectural Section 7, 7/F, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Tenders must be clearly marked with tender reference and be submitted according to the envelope arrangement described in the tender invitation letter, and reach the Hong Kong Housing Authority before the time as specified in the tender document in one of the following ways - (1) be deposited personally in the Housing Authority Tender Box located at Ground Floor, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, or
