Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy for Safety-related Design and Implementation of Plant and Equipment of iWMC. The Services shall include assessment on safety-related features of the iWMC in accordance with ISO12100, ISO13849-1, ISO13849-2 and Type B1/B2/C standards where applicable and appropriate. The Consultant shall review the submission from designated contractor on the design of plant, equipment, machineries, automated system, associated control modules and accessories composing the automated wheelset maintenance system. The Consultant shall aid design on safety-related features and provide recommendations on risk assessment, risk reduction and validation of the machinery. Provision of assessment on system integration, software development, test and commissioning and installation of automated wheelset maintenance system shall also be conducted to ensure the statutory regulations and recognized international standards are fulfilled.
