- Tenders are invited for Design and Construction of Fire Station-Cum-Ambulance Depot with Departmental Quarters and Facilities at Anderson Road Quarry Site, Sai Kung. The works include design and construction of a fire station-cum-ambulance depot with departmental quarters and facilities comprising a sub-divisional fire station-cum-ambulance depot, office, divisional training facilities, 113 numbers of departmental quarter units, parking spaces together with associated building services installations, drainage and external works. The net operational floor area is approximately 10,750 square metres. The site area is approximately 3,200 square metres. The contract is scheduled to commence in April 2025 and for completion in May 2028.
