- Tenders are invited for Design and Construction of Open Space with Public Vehicle Park at Yen Chow Street West, Sham Shui Po The scope of works of the contract comprises the design and construction of an open space with public vehicle park at Yen Chow Street West, Sham Shui Po including an open space providing a landscaped garden, seating areas with benches, arbours and rain shelters, a children-s play area and a fitness corner, a public vehicle park providing about 200 parking spaces, together with drainage and external works. The site area is about 3,650 square metres. The construction floor area is about 3,000 square metres. The contract is scheduled to commence in 2nd Quarter 2023 and for completion in 4th Quarter 2025.
