Tenders are invited for Design and Production of the SFC Annual Report 2022-23 Specifications Quantity: 18 sets of colour laser draft copies of the report (English only) should be provided at the interim stage in April and May 2023 Two mock-up copies (laser-coloured and bound) of the full report will be required in May 2023 Another 60 copies in English and 60 copies in Chinese (all laser-printed, laser-coloured and bound) are to be provided in June 2023 Size: A4 size No. of pages: About 190-228pp contents (narrative and financial sections) + 4pp front and back covers Photography: Stock photos Photography fee should be quoted separately, stating clearly the fee for each day of shooting. The SFC reserves the right to appoint its photographer for any specific chapter of the Annual Report 2022-23 Stock photos and related photoshop service to be covered by the quotation. If not, please quote separately. Colour proofs: Colour proofs should include the cover, all dividers, photos, diagrams and selected text. This fee should be quoted on a per-set basis QR code: One QR code to be included Copy editing Not applicable (SFC in-house editing) Translation: Not applicable (SFC in-house translation)
