Description:
Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation of Digital Wayfinding and Event Information Display (C013/23). AWEM is Looking for An Experience and Quality Contractor with Technical Capabilities to Carry out The Design, Supply and Installation of the 105pcs of LED Panels, LED TVs & Projector (“Works/Supplies”) to be installed Inside AWE Building Which Shall Span Across Three Years, Dovetailing the Renovation of Respective Common Areas. Scope of Works Shall Include the Provision of Works/supplies and System Design, Supply, Deliver, Install, Configurate, Programme, Provide On-Going Technical Support Including Training and Documentation, Testing and Commissioning at Various Locations in AWE in Accordance to The Designated Timeline Specified Together with All Cables, Wiring, Connectors, Connection Plates and Cable Containments from The End Point to The Designated Back-End Equipment Storage Area as Well as Associated Electrical Installation, Equipotential Earth Bonding and Any Other Supporting Sub-Frame, Supplies, Materials and Equipment that Are Required to Facilitate the Installation Works. The Contractor Is Also Required to Co-Ordinate with AWEM and other AWEM Nominated Works Contractors on Detail Design Co-Ordination and On Site Installation Programme. Non Refundable Fee: HK$500/-.
