- Expression of Interest are invited for Development at Shing Tak Street / Ma Tau Chung Road In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of the public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority-s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority-s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the closing time of the EOI and/or the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcement of such extension at any time before or after the closing time of the EOI on the Authority-s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the specified closing time of the EOI and the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
