Description:
District Cooling System (DCS) at Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area Phase 1 - DCS Pipe Laying and Associated Works
Description:-The scope of the works includes laying of DCS chilled water pipes at the Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area. The contract is scheduled to commence in September 2024 for completion in March 2028.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Contractors on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C under Waterworks Category or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a contractor on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C under Waterworks Category or a confirmed contractor on the who also meet the following qualifications and other conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender:
Required qualifications / experience stipulated in Stage I Screening Requirement.
The tenderer or the lead participant or major shareholder in a joint venture tenderer:
must be on the List of Approved Contractors for Public Works in Group C under Waterworks Category; and has completed at least one water main not less than 600mm diameter using trenchless construction method; and has completed at least one (1) construction contract involving waterworks in or outside the Hong Kong SAR of which the adjusted contract sum is not less than HK$220 mi...
