- District Cooling System (DCS) at Kai Tak Development (KTD) Phase IIIR - Electrical and Mechanical Installation at Sites 1E2, 1F1 and 1P3 and Modification Works at Northern District Cooling System Plant
Description:-This scope of the Works includes the supply, delivery and installation, testing and commissioning of the chilled water system and its accessories for the DCS at the Kai Tak Development. The Contract is scheduled to commence in June 2022 and for completion in September 2024.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender.
Contractors will be liable to have their names removed from the approved list(s) if they fail or refuse to implement an accepted tender.
