- Tenders are invited for East Lobby Skylight Redecoration with Signature LED. Documents Fee: Hk$500 (non-Refundable). Scope of Services: AWEM is looking for an experienced and quality contractor with technical capabilities to carry out the redecoration works at East Lobby Entrance which involves fine-tuning the design intent provided by AWEM-s appointed architect, erection of mega size scaffolding, upgrading of fire proofing paint to the structural components of skylight, installing new barrisol ceiling at skylight, redecorate the staircase , apply decorative film to glass balustrade, redecorate wall finish and pillar cladding, and associated E&M works and supporting works for the installation of Signature LED and digital floor totem.
