Procurement Plan for Electrical Term Maintenance Contract (WTT Region) 2025/2028 for Housing Authority Estates, Areas and Buildings Routine Maintenance, Repair & Replacement and Improvement Services for Electrical Systems for Housing Authority Estates, Areas and Buildings Tender Eligibility Lists/Groups : (1) HA List of Electrical Contractors (2) HA List of Fire Services and Water Pump Contractors (3) HA List of Lift and Escalator Contractors (a) Group E (b) Group L (4) Development Bureau (DEVB) List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works Category: Air-conditioning Installation (Group II) (5) Prequalified Tendering (6) Open Tendering 2. Contractors in the relevant Tender Eligibility List(s) / Group(s) above on the HA List(s) or the DEVB List(s) as appropriate are invited to express their interest in tendering for the above HA Contract(s). These contractors must then undergo the pre-qualification assessment by respective teams of the Housing Department and successfully pass through the assessment before they are qualified to submit the tender(s). 3. Notifications on pre-qualifications assessment of respective tender(s) will be issued separately. 4. Only eligible contractors in the relevant List(s) / Group(s) above or qualified / shortlisted contractors of respective tenders will be considered for invitation to tender. Inclusion on the above List(s) in any particular Category or Group does not give contractors the right to tender for any Contract in that or any other Category or Group. The number of contractors invited to submit tenders for each individual Contract may be limited, with the list of contractors invited to tender on each occasion being at the sole discretion of HA. Selected contractors will then be formally invited separately to tender for each Contract.
