Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Financial and Supply Chain Management ERP System Scope of Services The scope of services includes: i) Implementation of Financial and Supply Chain Management ERP System: - Implement Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12.2.10 (or above) with a new Chart-of-Account (COA) structure. - Migrate existing Oracle EBS R12.1.3 (certain set-up, customizations, and data) to the new Oracle EBS, including the following modules: - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Cash Management - Fixed Asset - General Ledger - iProcurement - Purchasing - Inventory Management - Implement below new items in Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) R12.2.10 (or above): - Advanced Collections - Automation of Reconciliation Process - Replace existing Oracle Discoverer (in EBS) by a new end-user reporting tool. ii) Implementation of Financial Consolidation platform: - Set-up and implement the modernized Oracle financial consolidation and closure solution for: - Integrated Consolidation Process and Reporting - Automate Tax Reporting and Compliance iii) Implementation of Integrated Supply Chain Management, Sourcing-to-Procurement-to-Payment solution: - Implement the following new Oracle EBS source-to-pay modules: - iSupplier Portal - Sourcing - Supplier Lifecycle Management iv) Development of a new “eForm and Workflow System” to digitalize the following business processes: - Staff Cost Allocation - Stakeholder Accounting for Property Development Projects - Non-PO Invoicing Processes v) Implementation of a “Data Warehouse and Power BI System” with modernized finance and supply chain management analytics capabilities by leveraging the latest Microsoft technologies 5.
