Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Installation of Tracks for Tseung Kwan O Depot (Tkd) Phase 2 Area. Prequalified parties will be invited for tendering the Contract C9517.C-23C. To be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 15 June 2023 via the MTR Corporation Limited-s E-Tendering System. Late applications shall not be considered. MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the Contract C9517.C-23C: Installation of tracks for Tseung Kwan O Depot (TKD) Phase 2 Area. The main structure of Tsueng Kwan O Depot (TKD) Phase 2 Area of about 17,980m² has been completed by other contractors and reserved to meet the growing need for trains and engineering vehicles stabling for on-going railway development. Contractors are invited to carry out the track installation works and other ancillary works. The Contractor shall install the tracks following the respective civil and structural works. The Contract shall interface with the civil & structural and E&M contractors who are working in there for the minor structural, ABWF, and E&M installation works during the contract period. 2. Scope of Works The scope of works under Contract C9517.C-23C includes: · Installation of 6 nos. of ballasted stabling tracks (total ~2700m in length) · Installation of 5 nos. of 1:7 turnouts · Installation of 6 nos. of buffer stops All track materials will be provided by the Corporation. The Contractor shall provide labours, tools, plants, equipment and consumable to accomplish the installation work.
