- Tenders are invited for Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 2. he scope of the contract comprises the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Integrated Waste Management Facilities Phase 2 (I∙PARK2), at the middle ash lagoon at Tsang Tsui, Tuen Mun, to treat 6,000 tonnes per day of municipal solid waste by moving grate incineration technology. This contract is scheduled to commence in early 2026. Apart from the design and construction works, the contract includes operation and maintenance of the I∙PARK2 for a period of 15 years.
