Description : Airport Authority (“the Authority”) has an ongoing programme of minor building works and wishes to prequalify suitable contractors to establish the List of Prequalified Tenderers for Building Works for the works contracts with value not exceeding HK$50 million.It is intended that the approved lists of prequalified tenderers for the building works will be valid for five years.Minor building works may comprise structural alterations, building extensions, interior modifications, building services and airport systems for the existing buildings owned by the Authority at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and construction of new ancillary buildings.The Authority hereby invites interested organisations with proven experience and capability to manage and construct the above Works within an operating environment. Details of the invitation are spelled out in the Prequalification Invitation Documents.The Prequalification Invitation Documents is available for downloading at our ePROS Website.
