Description : Airport Authority (“the Authority”) has an ongoing programme of fitting out works and wishes to prequalify suitable contractors to establish the List of Prequalified Tenderers for General Fitting Out Works for the works contracts with value not exceeding HK$50 million.It is intended that the approved list of prequalified tenderers for the General Fitting Out Works will be valid for five years.Fitting out works may include ABWF, interior modifications and interior fit-out works for back-of-house offices, staff facilities and passenger facilities for the existing buildings owned by the Authority at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and all associated minor structural alterations, modification of the existing building services and airport systems to support daily operation. Design and design development may be required subject to business needs.The Authority hereby invites interested organisations with proven experience and capability to manage and construct the above Works within an operating environment.
