- Tenders are invited for Joint Cavern Development at Anderson Road Quarry Site. Description : It is intended to invite tenders in the 4th quarter of 2022 from prequalified tenderers for the contract. The scope of works of the contract comprises the design and construction of caverns, adits and portals and the structural and architectural elements, both on surface land and within caverns, for reprovisioning of Public Works Central Laboratory ("PWCL") and building of Government Records Service's new Archives Centre at Anderson Road Quarry site, and the subsequent demolishing of the existing PWCL Building in Kowloon Bay. The contract is scheduled to commence in the 1st quarter of 2023 and will take about 80 months to complete. Closing Date/Time :12:00 noon, Friday, 15 Jul 2022.
