Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Lead Design Consultancy Services for Building 1 Development. General Scope The Park aims to become a global hub of research and development (R&D), providing players in innovation and technology industry with physical space and conducive environment for R&D. The scope of the Services mainly covers Building 1 Development with an approximate gross floor area of 24,560 m2 comprising one 10-storey R&D Lab / office building with supporting facilities and the Common Utilities Enclosure cum Subway across a road. The Services shall cover all stages of development from inception to handover of the buildings. The Consultant Team The Lead Design Consultant shall build up his own competent and professional team and propose a team structure to the best of their professionalism, consisting of architectural, structural engineering, building services, interior design, landscape, traffic, etc. The Lead Design Consultant shall be the architectural category of consultant on Band 1 of the AACSB List, and the Structural Engineering and Building Services sub-consultants shall be on Band 1 in their respective categories of the AACSB List. Submission Requirements Interested parties are required to submit the required documents in a sealed envelope on or before 12:00 NOON of 20 May 2021. A separate email with all submission details will be sent to all consultant firms currently on Band 1 in Architectural Category of the List of AACSB.
