Tenders are invited for Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations at Tuen Mun Children and Juvenile Home, Siu Lam Integrated Rehabilitation Service Complex and Various Premises in New Territories Region The scope of the works includes operation, maintenance, repair, alteration, addition and improvement of electrical and mechanical installations at Tuen Mun Children and Juvenile Home, Siu Lam Integrated Rehabilitation Service Complex and Various Premises in New Territories Region. The Contract is scheduled to commence in January 2024 for expiry in December 2026. Contractors Invited to Tender Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)- or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)- who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of ‘Air-conditioning Installation (Group II)- may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 15 September 2023 to Mr LAI Chun-yuen, General Engineering Services Division, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tendering closing date.
