Description:
Tenders are invited for Triennial Term Contract for the Maintenance of Mechanical Installations for the Venues of Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division for the Government of Hksar Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of "Mechanical Plant and Equipment Installation (Group II)" may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by 2 April 2024 to Mr. CHAN Hin-cheung, Boundary Crossing Facilities and Transport Services Division, 6th Floor, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
