Description:
Tenders are invited for Agreement for Management, Operation and Maintenance of Lung Shan Tunnel and Cheung Shan Tunnel : The successful tenderer will be required to undertake the following duties: (a) management and operation of the Tunnels, including: (i) management of the Tunnels (including taking enforcement actions under the applicable ordinances and regulations); (ii) control and regulation of traffic; (iii) patrolling and security; (iv) handling incidents occurred within the Tunnel area; (v) recovery and removal of broken down vehicles; and (vi) cleansing of the Tunnels; (b) operation and maintenance of the electrical and mechanical equipment and electronic systems of the Tunnels, including: (i) power supply system; (ii) lighting system; (iii) ventilation system; and (iv) traffic control and surveillance system; (c) providing non-structural maintenance and repairing works for the upkeep of the Tunnels; (d) providing landscape services for the horticulture and vegetation within the Tunnel Area; and (e) selection and appointment of advertising agent(s) for displaying advertisements at approved locations within the Tunnel Area.
