Request for proposals are invited for Operate a Neighbourhood Elderly Centre The Social Welfare Department is now inviting Non-governmental Organisations and the bona-fide non-profit making charitable organisations granted tax-exemption status under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Chapter 112, to submit proposals for operating a Neighbourhood Elderly Centre (NEC) at LG3/F, Ching Lung House, Ching Fu Court, 18 Tsing Yi Road, Tsing Yi, N.T. Details of the Site Visit and Briefing Session are as follows - (I) Site Visit Date : 24 May 2024 (Friday) Time : 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Venue : LG3/F, Ching Lung House, Ching Fu Court, 18 Tsing Yi Road, Tsing Yi, N.T. (II) Briefing Session Date : 28 May 2024 (Tuesday) Time : 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Venue : Gymnasium, Lady Trench Training Centre, 44 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong Late proposal, proposal by email or facsimile will not be accepted. In case the black rainstorm signal or the No.8 tropical cyclone or above is hoisted between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the closing date, the closing time for submitting proposals will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the first ensuing working day.
