Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Term Labour Contract for Planned Maintenance Services of Packaged Air Conditioners in MTR Premises MTR Corporation Limited invites qualified contractors to express their interest in tendering for the Contract T0976-24E - Term Labour Contract for Planned Maintenance Services of Packaged Air Conditioners in MTR Premises. The duration of the Contract is 3 years, with an Option to extend the maintenance services for another 3 years. 2. Scope of Works The Contract includes the planned maintenance services for approximately 5,000 nos. of the packaged air conditioners and approximately 700 nos. of the fan coil units installed in stations, tunnels, depots and ancillary buildings along East Rail Line, Tuen Ma Line, Light Rail, Airport Express Line, Tung Chung Line, Disneyland Resort Line, Island Line, Kwun Tong Line and Tsuen Wan Line. The planned maintenance services include regular inspection, cleaning, checking, measurement, servicing and maintenance at the fixed intervals to ensure safe, continuous and efficient operations of the equipment. All the equipment repair and recovery works are excluded from this Contract.
