Description:
Prequalification for Design-Build-Operate Contract for the District Cooling System (DCS) at the Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) (TCNTE(E))
Description:-It is intended to invite tenders in the second quarter of 2022 from prequalified tenderers for Contract No. 1661EM21A - Design, Build and Operate the District Cooling System (DCS1) at the Tung Chung New Town Extension (East). The scope of works of the contract comprises design and construction of: (i) the DCS plant including associated plant building, DCS plant equipment and seawater pump house; (ii) laying of DCS pipework to connect the consumer DCS substation to the main DCS network; and (iii) E&M installations at DCS sub-stations for users; and subsequent operation of the completed DCS. Not more than four applicants will be selected for tender invitations in accordance with the evaluation criteria stipulated in the prequalification documents.
Contractors Invited to Tender:-Applicants (including joint ventures) meeting the following requirements and other qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the prequalification documents are invited to apply for the prequalification:
