Description : The Airport Authority (the “Authority”) is enhancing its infrastructures and intermodal facilities to strengthen HKIA-s role as an aviation hub in connecting passengers from Pearl River Delta region via the Hong Kong Port to the HKIA directly.The Services to be provided under this Contract comprise the provision of architecture design services for alteration and addition works, revitalization and enhancement of airport buildings and facilities to support the Authority in upcoming capital works projects. This consultancy will also include E&M design, building surveying and quantity surveying services as necessary for the particular projects. Provision of professional specialists to work in the Authority-s office will also be required. This is a framework agreement for a term of 2 years with an extension option of 1 year.The Authority hereby invites tenders from consultants with PROVEN EXPERIENCE and the CAPABILITY to provide the Services and the required professional specialists.
