Expression of Interest are invited for Project Information Management System (PIMS) Consultancy Services for Batch 1 Development of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park The Park, with total gross floor areas of about 1,200,000 sq.m., will be a global hub of research and development (R&D), providing players in innovation and technology industry with physical space and a conductive environment for R&D. The scope of this consultancy services is to set up PIMS for the design and construction management of Batch 1 Development aimed at improving the communication for submission and approvals, record management, request and response for information and instruction, routine written communications including emails, amongst Lead Design Consultants, Quantity Surveying Consultants, Contractors, and Operators. The PIMS shall be an online cloud-based PIMS for the Park so that all users can access, transmit and store all formal written communications or documents via the internet Basic Requirements for Technical Assessment The Consultant is drawn to the attention that his tender will not be considered if he fails to comply with ANY ONE of the Basic Requirements (1) Be a registered company in Hong Kong who specializes in providing Project Information Management System (PIMS) services; AND (2) Be a valid Authorized/Certified services provider or partner of the proposed Project Information Management System (PIMS); AND (3) Deployed at least ONE PIMS for a project located in Hong Kong or elsewhere which fulfils ALL the requirements as stated below: a. The PIMS shall be deployed within 5 years (counting from the closing date of tender submission) and live run for at least 1 years; AND b. The PIMS shall be deployed to cover entire project life cycle (from the design stage, construction stage to project handover stage); AND c. Total GFA of the project served by the PIMS shall not be less than 60,000 sqm; AND d. The deployed PIMS shall be a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution; AND e. Total number of users severed by the PIMS shall not be less than 100
