• Tenders are invited for Providing BIM Services (2022-2024) for 34 Housing Projects and for Central Services and Supports TENDER REE CB20220143, CB20220144, CB20220145, CB20220146, CB20220147, CB20220148, CB20220149. CB20220I50 AND CB20220151 Tenders of NINE Service Agreements for providing BIM Services (2022-2024) for 34 housing projects and for central services and supports arc hereby invited. Tender documents and tender invitation letter arc obtainable from Business Information Technology Unit (Construction)/ Development and Construction Division. 6th Floor. Block 3. Housing Authority Headquarters. 33Fal: Kwong Street. Ho Man Tin. Kowloon. Hong Kong from 10.00 a.m. on 24 June 2022. The major scope of services includes but is not limited to the following:— (a) to provide BIM services for planning, schematic design, detailed design, submission and/or tender stage(s) of the project(s) named in the Agreements and/or other un-named projects that may be added in the course of the Agreements: lb) to provide BIM project coaching for project(s) named in the Agreements and/or another un-named projcct(s) that may be added in the course of the Agreements: (c) to provide BIM modellers to be stationed at Housing Authority Headquarters to carry out the BIM services required by the Agreements: (d) to update parts of Housing Authority Building Information Modelling Standards and Guidelines Version 3.0 to align with the prevailing local BIM standards and develop BIM audit system: (e) to establish methodologies for implementing various BIM uses (i.e. drawing productions. quantity take-off and asset management) in a single project by conducting coaching services to a designated project: (0 to create and update BIM training video clips: (a) to monitor and audit selected BIM deliverables of Batch 2022 BIM Services Providers (BIMSPs). Professional Services Providers to provide BIM services for other un-named tasks that may be added in the course of the Agreement. The tenderers shall meet the following mandatory tender requirements:— (i) the Company shall have been set up in Hong Kong for at least ONE year under Company and Business Registration at the Companies Registry of Hong Kong SAR at the time of submission of tender: and (H) upon request, the tenderers shall assist the Tender Evaluation Team to conduct visit(s) to their Hong Kong office during the tender evaluation period. The tenderers shall meet the following mandatory tender requirements:— (i) the Company shall have been set up in Hong Kong for at least ONE year under Company and Business Registration at the Companies Registry of Hong Kong SAR at the time of submission of tender, and (ii) upon request, the tenderers shall assist the Tender Evaluation Team to conduct visit(s) to their Hong Kong office during the tender evaluation period. Tenders should be clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender, and be submitted according to the envelope arrangement described in the tender invitation letter (the envelope should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer), and reach the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) before 10.00 a.m. on Friday, 22 July 2022 (Hong Kong Time) in one of the following ways:— (1) be deposited personally in the Housing Authority Tender Box located at Ground Floor, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters,, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong; or (2) be sent by post or courier to:— Tender Opening Team c/o Receipt and Despatch Unit, the Hong Kong Housing Authority, Basement 1. Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong The tender closing time and date will automatically be deferred to 10.00 a.m. on the following Monday or the next earliest possible working day (excluding Saturday) of the following week in the following circumstances:— (i) if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued and remains in force for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date; or (ii) if a ‘Black' Rainstorm Warning or “extreme conditions after super typhoons' is announced by the Government (via the Information Services Department) and remains in force for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date; or (iii) w'hen the Director of Housing announces the closure of the HA Headquarters due to unforeseen circumstances and the HA Headquarters remains closed for any duration within two (2) hours before the tender closing time on the tender closing date.
