Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Aviation Legal Liability Insurance for the Government for its Activities and Operations in Connection with Civil Aviation (Period of Insurance: From 2 July 2023 to 30 June 2024). Tender documents are obtainable from the Supplies Section, Civil Aviation Department, Level 5, Office Building, Civil Aviation Department Headquarters, 1 Tung Fai Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday, except public holidays or may also be downloaded from the e-Tender Box (ETB) of the Procurement and Contract Management System of the Government Logistics Department Submission of tenders : - For Paper-based Tendering, tenders must be clearly marked with the tender reference, the subject of the tender and the tender closing date on the outside of the envelopes (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer), addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department. Tenders must be deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated at Ground Floor of the North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong ("Specified Tender Box") before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on the tender closing date of the tender as stated above. Late tenders or tenders not deposited in the Specified Tender Box will not be accepted. Closing Date/Time : 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on 11 April 2023 (Tuesday)
