Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Cleansing Services to Sai Wan in Sai Kung East Country Park. 1. General Registry of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, 5/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon; or 2. Download from the e-Tender Box (ETB) of Procurement and Contract Management System (PCMS) at: https://pcms2.gld.gov.hk Tenderers are reminded to note that Tender Addendum, if applicable, will be uploaded in ETB and this website. Please check from time to time and prior to submission of tender for any Addendum. For paper-based Tendering Tenders in TRIPLICATE must be sealed and clearly marked with the tender reference and the subject of the tender on the outside of the envelope (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer) addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department and placed in the Tender Box of the Government Logistics Department situated at the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong time) on Thursday, 9 March 2023. For electronic tendering Information about e-tendering is available on ETB website: http://pcms2.gld.gov.hk Transmission of a tender through the ETB shall be successfully completed in accordance with the requirement of the ETB before the Tender Closing Time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenderer shall go through the entire Tender Document and special attention should be drawn to “Important Reminders for Tenderers” at the front of the document.
