Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Comprehensive Consultancy Services for Sham Shui Po District Study. - Baseline Review to Identify and Analyse the Existing Scale of Urban Decay Problems and Redevelopment Potential; - Opportunities and Constraints Identification to Comprehensively Explore Restructuring and Replanning Opportunities Through Urban Renewal; - Special Studies Specific to The District Including but Not Limited to Studies on Character Street, Fashion Industry, Underground Connectivity in Sham Shui Po Including Interface with Bishop Hill; - Early Projects Identification; - Urban Renewal Framework Strategy Composed of District Wide Restructuring Proposals, Master Planning Concepts and Urban Design Framework; - Master Renewal Plan Proposing District Wide Urban Renewal Projects and Their Implementation Agents, Supported by Technical Assessments; - Action Area Plans in Selected Action Areas with Key 5Rs Urban Renewal Schemes to Be Undertaken by The Authority; and - Public Consultation Plan and Materials to Support Ongoing Consultation by The Authority.
