Tenders are invited for Provision of Lead Design Consultancy Services for HKSTP-s Co-Working Office 17W 10/F in SPX1 Description The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is now inviting Lead Design Consultancy (LDC) firms with relevant interior and fit-out experience of co-working office to declare interest, in strict confidence, for the provision of Lead Design Consultancy Services for this fit-out project. HKSTP plans to convert the existing units on 17W 10/F in SPX1 into co-working office. The interior design aims to achieve the themes of smart, advanced, flexible and collaborative concepts. The estimated Gross Floor Area (GFA) is about 452m2. The project is expected to be completed in 3rd quarter of 2022. The estimated total construction cost is around HK$8million. The Lead Design Consultant (LDC) shall comprise of a team of professional interior designers and engineers to cover the overall multi-disciplinary design, design management and coordination, site supervision duties, and the activities as described in the Final Project Brief to be issued to short-listed consultants. The services shall include all work stages from inception through design, documentation, tendering to construction management services, post-handover phases and in settling all final accounts for the works contracts. The LDC will be required to team up with sub-consultants, including but not limited to Structural Engineering Consultant and Building Services Engineering Consultant.
