Description:
Tenders are invited for Triennial Term Contract for Provision of Maintenance, Modification and Installation Works of Electronic and E&M Control Systems at Various Sewage Treatment Works and Their Outstations for Drainage Services Department The scope of the works includes maintenance, repair, alteration and additional services of electronic and E&M control systems at various sewage treatment works and their outstations across Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands. The Contract is scheduled to commence in December 2023 for expiry in November 2026. Contractors Invited to Tender Selective tendering is adopted. Confirmed contractors on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical and Mechanical Installation for Sewage Treatment and Screening Plant”, or joint ventures with participation of local and/or overseas contractors with the lead participant or the major shareholder being a confirmed contractor on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical and Mechanical Installation for Sewage Treatment and Screening Plant” who also meet the qualifications and conditions for participation stipulated in the tender documents are invited to tender. Contractors not yet on the List of Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractors for Public Works under the category of “Electrical and Mechanical Installation for Sewage Treatment and Screening Plant” may also submit a tender if they submit a request for participation together with a duly completed application for inclusion in the above-mentioned approved list/category by Friday, 6 September 2023 to Mr. CHAU Chuk Keung, Security and Vehicle Services Division, 4/F, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, 3 Kai Shing Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong, meet the qualifications and conditions for participation, and the application for inclusion is duly approved on or before the tender closing date.
