Description:
Tenders are invited for 5 Years Term Contract for Provision of Maintenance, Modification and Installation Works for Split Cycle Offset Optimisation Technique (SCOOT) Traffic Control System and Smart Junctions. Closing Date/Time 12:00 noon, Friday, 14 July 2023 Description The scope of the Works includes maintenance, modification and installation works for the Area Traffic Control (ATC) System of Tuen Mun and Yuen Long District as well as provision of first line maintenance for traffic signals & accessories equipment. The Contract is scheduled to commence in September 2023 for expiry in September 2028. Contractors Invited to Tender Open tendering is adopted. All interested contractors who meet the following requirements are invited to tender: The tenderer shall have completed contract(s) for supply, installation, modification or maintenance of traffic signal controller and audible traffic signal in Hong Kong with an aggregate contract value of no less than HK$19.77 million completed within the past 5 years counting back from and including the original date set for the close of tender specified in the Government Gazette to tender regardless of any subsequent extension. In the case of a joint venture, only the lead participant or major shareholder is required to meet this experience requirement.
