Tenders are invited for Provision of Maintenance Services for Mechanical Ventilation and Air-conditioning (MVAC) System for TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital, Kowloon Central Cluster Hospital Authority. To be acceptable as a tender, this form, properly completed in duplicate and enclosed in two separately sealed plain envelopes, one marked as “Technical Proposal” which should include all tender submission EXCEPT Schedule 3 of Part VI (Price Schedule) and all supplementary quotations. The other envelop marked as "Price Proposal" which should include Schedule 3 of Part VI (Price Schedule) and all supplementary quotations. Both envelopes should clearly state the subject of this tender "Tender for the Provision of Maintenance Services for Mechanical Ventilation and Air-conditioning (MVAC) System for TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital, Kowloon Central Cluster, Hospital Authority", Tender Reference “KCCTHS/U6/2l/WTr tender closing date and addressed to the chairman, kowloon central cluster tender opening committee, must be deposited in the kowloon central cluster l ender box situated at 5/f., block s. queen elizabeth hospital. 30 gascoigne road, kowloon before 12:00 noon (hong kong time) on 25 july 2022 the office hours of kowloon central cluster procurement and supplies department are from 8:45am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:33pm, monday to friday except public holiday. please deposit your tender or sample during the office hours.
