Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Passenger and Crowd Movement Monitoring System for Smart Operations at SHS, KOT and ETS Scope of Works The works shall include the provision of Passenger and Crowd Movement Monitoring System by using people counting technology with the associated accessories, power supply and cables. The new system shall be able to monitor the real-time passenger count and dwell time for the selected areas in an online Man Machine Interface (MMI). The scope of works shall include but not limited to the following: 2.1 Design, supply, delivery, installation, calibration, provision of as-built drawings, Operations & Maintenance Manuals, spare parts and 1-year Defect Liability Period for the works. 2.2 Supply and installation of equipment including: a) People count sensors / cameras with video analytics / mixed technology b) All necessary network equipment, installation materials and accessories c) All necessary power provision and earthing 2.3 Supply and installation of software including: a) A cloud based MMI to provide the real time passenger flow b) All associated software for all provided equipment c) Interface with the third-party software and database 2.4 Provision of all developed source code of the software 2.5 Supply of spares, special tools and test equipment 2.6 Supply and installation of cables and the associated containments 2.7 Testing and commissioning 2.8 Trainings To be considered for prequalification, interested parties having relevant resources, qualifications and experience are requested to express their interest on or before 2:00 p.m. on 22 December 2023 (Hong Kong Time) via the MTR Corporation Limited-s E-Tendering System.
