Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Patient Meal Service for North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Centre, Kowloon West Cluster, Hospital Authority. Tender Closing Date: 16 December 2021” and addressed to the Chairman of the Tender Opening Committee, Kowloon West Cluster, Hospital Authority, Apart from the hardcopy, the Tenderer should also submit two softcopies (in separate CDROMs), in pdf or Microsoft Excel/ Word 2003 or above format. In the event of conflict between the versions of hardcopy and softcopy, the hardcopy version shall prevail. The above documents must be deposited in the Cluster Procurement & Materials Management Centre, Kowloon West Cluster Tender Box situated at Room 501, 5/F, Block L, 2-10 Princess Margaret Hospital Road, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon on or before 12:00 noon on 16 December 2021 The office hours of Kowloon West Cluster Procurement and Materials Management Centre, Hospital Authority, are from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:30 & 14:30 to 17:00 except Public Holiday.
