Description:
Quotation are invited for Provision PoC on Smart Building Management Services for the Urban Renewal Authority. The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 19 September 2022 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. Interested parties can bring along with your company chop and business card to collect the quotation document at the Authority-s office on 26/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen-s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority-s office hours (Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 6:00pm) from today OR contact Ms Melanie Law at 2588 2858 or MLYLaw@ura.org.hk to collect the quotation document by other electronics methods such as email or fax. In the light of any possible special work arrangement for COVID-19 pandemic, the office hours may be adjusted by the Authority. Interested parties are suggested to visit the Authority-s website or call 2588 2333 for enquiring the updated office hours of the Authority before accessing to the Authority-s office. The deadline for submission of quotation is 12:00 noon, 19 September 2022 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. In line with the measures against the spread of COVID-19 pandemic implemented by the HKSAR Government, please be informed that all visitors are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application developed by the HKSAR Government to scan the venue QR code before they are allowed to enter the Authority-s premises except for specified categories of exempted persons under the laws of HKSAR. The Authority also reserves its right to implement any other tightening measures, including the need of checking the visitor-s COVID-19 vaccine pass, as it deems fit from time to time to control / refuse visitors from entering its premises. Accordingly, you shall be responsible to make all necessary arrangements for complying with the aforesaid measures of the Authority in accessing the Authority-s office. Failure to comply with such measures may render denial of access of your representative to the Authority-s office and the relevant quotation box. The Authority shall not be liable to any party for any loss, damage, delay, costs or expenses as a result of or in connection with any of the aforesaid measures.
