Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Property Management Services for Commercial Accommodation and Car Parking Spaces with Ev Chargers in Eresidence at 8 Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom Interested parties please bring along with your company chop and the name card of contact person to collect the tender document at the Authority-s office on 26/F COSCO Tower, 183 Queen-s Road Central, Hong Kong during the Authority-s office hours (Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 6:00pm) from today. In the light of any possible special work arrangement for COVID-19 pandemic, the office hours may be adjusted by the Authority. Interested parties are suggested to visit the Authority-s website or call 2588 2333 for enquiring the updated office hours of the Authority before accessing to the Authority-s office. The deadline for submission of tender is 12:00 noon, 6 June 2022 (“the Closing Date”). Late submission will not be considered. The Authority does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. In case of any actual or anticipated blockage of public access to the location of the designated tender box at the Authority-s office in certain areas of Hong Kong or closure of the Authority-s office or suspension of all public transport in Hong Kong for whatever reasons at any time between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 noon on the Closing Date, the Authority may extend the Closing Date if it shall consider necessary (such extension shall be made at the sole discretion of the Authority) by making announcements of such extension at any time before or after the Closing Date on the Authority-s website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Closing Date shall remain unchanged if no such announcement shall be made by the Authority.
